About Carryduff Presbyterian Church

The beginnings of Carryduff Presbyterian Church are linked to an 1838 church planting in the area.  Meetings were held in an old school in the townland of Killynure. This work flourished and it was decided to build a new church on land available in nearby Carryduff.  The opening service in that new church was held on Sunday 1st November 1841. The church buildings & halls may have changed over the years, but our desire to be a Christ-Centred Church at the Heart of the Community remains unchanged.
